What is Health Coaching?

I give health coaching to highly motivated women. When you and I work together, you are receiving customized encouragement and support. If you commit wholeheartedly to the coaching series, you will turn your desire to become the woman you know you can become into life-changing action. While discovering a life filled with passion and joy along the way.

From your first session, you’ll identify the major areas of your life that you want to improve and set inspiring, measurable goals to get you moving forward.

We’ll work together every two weeks to set targeted action steps
based on your unique goals.

Topics covered in a typical coaching series include:

Self-love: go from kind-of-liking yourself to falling head over heels. Self-compassion: you know that kindness you show your best friends when they’re going through hard times? Yeah, you deserve that too

Inner wisdom: stop living in self-doubt and get crystal clear about what you really want, how you really want to feel, on your real priorities and your WHY

Gratitude: love the life you have, while getting closer to the life you want

Connection: you’re not alone. You are in the best of company. Promise!

Resilience: keep on keeping on, no matter what! Consciously raise your energy levels, vibrate higher and keep yourself fired up all day.

Surrender: experience what it really means to let go and go with the flow

Stress reduction: stop stressing out about how you keep stressing out

Productivity: become more productive in the time you have. The skill of using your time efficiently is among the most crucial ones you can master.

3 MONTH COACHING SERIES

What does a 3-month coaching series include?

Complimentary Discovery Session

After filling out the initial questionnaire and sending it back to me, we’ll have a chat about what’s begging for more attention in your life and start exploring what changes you would be totally up for making if you had a little more TLC (trust, love, and courage). Session is approximately 30 minutes.

90 Minute Goal Setting Session

This is where we really jump into the coaching series. The goals that we set over the course of this session will remain constant throughout the entire three months. With my help, you’ll set two to three big, beautiful and oh so inspiring goals that will challenge you to stretch and grow like never before. Once we have the goals in place, we will discuss action steps to take over the following two weeks that will put you immediately in action.

Six Coaching Sessions

Every two weeks we’ll check in with your goals and how you’re feeling with them to make sure that the connection stays strong. In every session you’ll have the space you need to express yourself fully without judgement. As a coach, I will keep you motivated, help you feel supported, and ask you those powerful questions that make you realize you’ve been the one with the answers all along. In the sixth, and final, coaching session we’ll take a look back at all the progress you’ve made and celebrate your amazing accomplishments.

6 Video Lessons

Lifetime access to help you understand your physiology so that you can eat right and CRUSH your health goals. These trainings include topics ranging from conquering cravings, blood sugar balancing for fat loss, digestive wellness, adrenal fatigue, restoring thyroid, and more!

After in-depth discussion on your lifestyle, cravings, health goals and optional (not-included) food allergy testing a customized meal plan will be created for you. This is so you always shave recipes and meal plans at your finger tips to make food planning and prep easy. This includes meals, smoothies and power snacks on the go!
